4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license: Hello, my name is Cassandra Staisy and I just turned twenty three two days ago, after being sexually assaulted and almost raped a few years ago and being saved by a really nice officer, I have wanted a firearm for my self protection for myself but never knew of the acts or means of obtaining one, but then I found this website set up by the LSPD and checked by DFL officers. I have been assaulted multiple times and did not have means of defending myself, so I illegally bought firearms from drug and or firearm dealers. I thought fire arm licenses were only for police officers or county sheriffs. One day I almost was killed by some crazed murderer that recently lost his job. That was the man that almost raped me. If I had a registered firearm I most likely could have defended myself without being shot at and sent to the hospital. I had to walk around with a cast and very sore muscles for days that turned to months. I, Cassandra Staisy, promise that if I am allowed to purchase a fire-arm license, that I will not abuse it. I will not shoot at innocent people and I will go to the firring range regularly so that my aim will improve, allowing me to not shoot stray, unwanted bullets at innocent pedestrians. I will not use this firearm for self-commited suicide, and most importantly, this firearm will be used only for self defense under last measures.
