2.1) Past victim experiences: I was once on call in my job, I took the call and drove to the location. The next thing I remember is wakening up in Fort Carson miles away from home, tied up to a tree, looking at my burnt out tow truck. I had all my personnel possessions taken away from me, my cell phone, my wallet and my transport. They left me in the middle of nowhere to die.

4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license: I, Kayo Pharell is requesting a firearm license for personal use to prevent sick individuals from attacking me. I wish to handle such a weapon in self defence, not to possibly harm anyone, just to scare them and make them think twice before mugging me. Time after time i have been held up at point blank range and had what little belongings taken away from me; people will go to extreme measures to have some cash in this city. The crime rate in Los Santos is still rising above average and i fear for my life every time I walk out my own front door. Police are risking there own life’s over shootouts between gangs, it is like a war zone in this corrupt city, I cant even take a trip to my local bank without seeing an injured, wounded victim on the floor. I have lived in Los Santos my whole life and in the past five years I have noticed a devastating increase in crime, I have realised that its time to make this application and take my fait in my own two hands. The PD and SD are doing a fantastic job bringing down the crime level but sometimes they are too busy to respond to my calls on time. I shake when i walk past hooded up people and they can see my fear and abuse it like its nothing, there is some cold heartless people that never think about anyone but themselves, i never know what is going to happen next. I am hoping to find myself a new exciting career in the public sector, so I think it would come in handy to get my firearm license. I am writing to you out of my only hope to stay alive in this city so please read this carefully and understand my thoughts.
