Name: Jamal Trabelsi
Date of Birth : 04/25/1988
Phone Number: 1038749
Date of obtaining the license: January/NA/2009
Current License Types: M1
Desired Firearms: Glock 18
Why do you need your firearm license renewed?: I am currently very satisfied with my firearm license. When I made my license I lived in Idlewood. But now I have moved to Glen Park. When I moved here I was hoping that I would live in a safe community but when I moved here so did a gang known as the "crips." I haven't had alot of trouble with them but I still belive that I need this license to be able to protect myself.
((OOC)) Are you at least a level 4 In game: Yes
EULA: I Jamal Trabelsi Hereby declare that i understand and agree to the Rules and conducts mentioned in the HERE, This includes the understanding of the consequences I may face if those terms are to be broken. I also understand that there is no verbal or inscribed authentication or proof of my acceptance of this conduct. This enables me to know that all personnel in the respected firms, bearing the above firearms are subject to prosecution if these regulations are to be violated.
