4.
4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license:
I live in Los Santos about five years, and in my opinion crime and violence level around Los Santos is very high. This city is more dangerous each day. Everytime when I drive around East Los Santos, I see plenty of people, mostly black... all of them armed and ready to rob or even worse... once my car was smashed by baseball bats. Every day I'm afraid of my own life. I'm rich business man, and I'm running a factory in Blueberry. I like to help people in every possible way, I'm also very responsible for my age, and I think that I fully deserve for weapon license, of course.. I'm not going to kill anyone, I just want to use it in self-defence. I’d like to notice that I live in the center of Los Santos, and every night when I'm about to have some rest, I hear weird voices, screams, shootout's noises, and women's crying. I've even been a witness of robbery few times around here. Of course, we have Los Santos Police Department, but they are just people, and they can't be everywhere.. I want to feel safe, everytime when I'm going out of my house. I'm well trained and experienced and I know how to handle every type of weapon, especially handguns. I came to Los Santos five years ago, straight from Spain. As you may know, Spain is a heaven for criminals.. So I've applied for firearm license there, it was about 7-8 years ago. I passed all necessary tests and trainings, before I received my weapon license. I'm shocked and scared of crime level in Los Santos, that's why I'm applying for firearm license. I Andrew Kowalski hereby declare that I won’t break any rules, I would like to desire only one license type: .50 Desert Eagle;
