FIREARM INFORMATION

3.
3.1) Desired license type and model: Mobile.
3.2) Desired firearms: Colt 1911 or other 9mm handguns.

4.
4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license: It's very hard to move around just like that. I allways see people mugged on the street and I don't want to end up robbed or dead. I need to be licensed to bear a firearm in case someone wants to harm me. I worked as security guard for the last two years and during work I never had big trouble with guests at clubs. Now that you can't go out without being robbed it's hard to do your job with drunk customers that can pull out a gun when you tell them they have to leave or police is called. I don't want to get hurt during duty. I need a firearm to ensure that the guests don't have trouble with drunk people or troublemakers. Also a firearm is needed because VIP sections are used frequently and important people come often and they expect the security team to be prepaired for any attack. The gun will be used only for selfdefence and it will be used if someone is aiming at me so I try to make him quit it and go home or if someone is getting robbed and I use the gun to try and save his/hers life if things go ugly. As said I really need it for protection with all these mexicans and black people around since they are violent and aggresive especially if you go on their turf where they deal narcotics or guns. Some of the other guards were killed outside clubs for doing their job and I have a family, I don't want to die in a stupid way because they need me and I need them. I also have no criminal record and a firearm license would help me if I get fired because all clubs require a license in order to get accepted for the job nowadays.

4.2) Where will your firearm(s) be stored: I store it in the wardrobe under the clothes. You can't find it unless you know certainly it is there and the house lock is top notch.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

5.
5.1) Have you ever had a firearm license before: No
5.2) Has your previous/current license ever been revoked/suspended: No
5.3) If yes, state the reason:

(( OOC information ))

6.
6.1) Are you at least level 4 in game: Yes
6.2) Did you read and understood EULA: Yes (Although there are cops who don't know the EULA and revoke licenses for fun)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EULA: I, Ethan Sarent, hereby declare that I understand and agree to the rules and conducts mentioned in the EULA, this includes the understanding of the consequences I may face if those terms are to be broken. I also understand that there is no verbal or inscribed authentication or proof of my acceptance of this conduct. This enables me to know that all personnel in the respected firms, bearing the above firearms are subject to prosecution and removal of your license (justified or unjustified) if these regulations are to be violated.
