The reason for this is because as Head of Security I am Mr.Stracci's Personal Bodyguard. In the past few days there has been multiple situations in which a firearm could have been used. There was one situation in which my Deputy Head of Security was shot and I had nothing to defend him, Stracci, or myself. I hope this pretty much sums up the reason for the Personal License.
