4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license:
I, Vito Gabbana, want a firearms license because I feel the need as a citizen of Los Santos, to carry a fireweapon, for personal protection. I'm a car mechanic and you know how it is with these gangs at the time, they call up a mechanic, and rob him, that is the reason why I want a firearm the most, secondly, I need it for protection of my vehicle, I have seen someone attempting to steal my vehicle and up until now I've only been able to chase these car jackers away with a bat, but next time I might not be so lucky, maybe next time one of those car jackers has a firearm too, in this kind of scenario I think I should be able to protect myself as a citizen of Los Santos, every single time I saw a robbery, I have called the police, but they arrived too late, I think every citizen deserves the right to wield a firearm, of course this excludes people with a criminal record or people who are suspected of crimes. Help us citizens deal with our problems ourself, you will not regret it.

4.2) Where will your firearm(s) be stored: It will be stored in my vehicle when I'm in it, and when I'm walking it will be stored in a holster attached to my belt.
