[Government License Renewal] Elora Garner

Post by Elora_Garner on Sat Mar 06, 2010 11:37 am

Name: Elora Garner
**An attached legal file showing the surname change from Garner to Sleeth, and now back to Garner**

Date of Birth : 09/14/1983
Phone Number: 101-2372

Date of obtaining the license: Not sure, Its on the old website.

Current License Types: M1
Desired Firearms: .50 Desert Eagle

Why do you need your firearm license renewed?:
While I was working in EMS, I had needed the license due to various attacks on the doctors. After I left the EMS, I didn't bother renewing as I didn't require a personal safety equipment anymore. But since I've joined SAN now, many attacks have taken place, and I've been obliged to apply for my license renewal after a considerable amount of time. Even yesterday SAN was attacked, and all our vehicles were destroyed. On a personal level, I was assaulted just outside SAN around two days back. Due to the above stated reasons, I believe that I require the license as a precautionary method of simple self defense.

((OOC)) Are you at least a level 4 In game: Yes

EULA: I Elora Garner Hereby declare that i understand and agree to the Rules and conducts mentioned in the HERE, This includes the understanding of the consequences I may face if those terms are to be broken. I also understand that there is no verbal or inscribed authentication or proof of my acceptance of this conduct. This enables me to know that all personnel in the respected firms, bearing the above firearms are subject to prosecution if these regulations are to be violated.
