1.1) Full name: Anton Lechner
1.2) Date of birth: 01-04-1963
1.3) Sex: Male
1.4) Race: White
1.5) Phone number: 555-7770
1.6) Current resident: Apt. 13, Hotel Ria, Rodeo Promenade, Los Angeles, USA
1.7) Current occupation: Floor Manager at "Oktoberfest" Public House, 1032 Market Street, Market, Los Angeles Central.

2.1) Past victim experiences:
Robbed at gunpoint for a sum of $230.50.
Victim of armed car-jacking. Vehicle written off.

3.1) Desired license type and model: Mobile.
3.2) Desired firearms: Ka-Bar Combat Knife (> 6in.); S&W Model 68 (.357 Magnum) (( Desert Eagle ))

4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license:
I simply feel unsafe walking the streets without something to protect myself with. I'm in no way for violence, but I do believe in the right to protect myself. If it comes to the extreme extent that I'll have to use my weapon, then I won't hesitate to do so.
Don't get me wrong. I will do anything in my power not to even have to brandish it. In a city with hundreds of homicides a year, thousands of shootings and god knows how many robberies, I can't say I feel safe. I think the law enforcement are doing a good job with the resources they have, but of course they can't always be there, nor can they be there fast enough all the time. They're only human. Just like my wife I work in a pub - an environment where brawls aren't an uncommon sight at all.
It gets violent from time to time and I've seen guns, yes I have. We've been lucky enough to avoid any shootings, but we've already had it pointed at us. The hopelessness and fear I felt at that moment is undescribable. Guns don't kill people - people kill people. That's how it is. I already know how to handle a gun, since I had a license back in Europe. It's very hard to obtain a license there, and you have to pass a serie of rather intensive tests. Don't worry, I know how to handle a weapon responsibly. I wish for you to give me the right as an american citizen to carry a weapon, to protect, and only to protect myself.

4.2) Where will your firearm(s) be stored: In a specialised holster on my person that I plan to buy along with my licensed firearm.

5.1) Have you ever had a firearm license before: Yes; though in Germany.
5.2) Has your previous/current license ever been revoked/suspended: No.
5.3) If yes, state the reason: n/a.

(( OOC information ))

6.1) Are you at least level 4 in game: Yes; I am level 21.
6.2) Did you read and understood EULA: Yes.

EULA: I, Anton Lechner, hereby declare that I understand and agree to the rules and conducts mentioned in the EULA, this includes the understanding of the consequences I may face if those terms are to be broken. I also understand that there is no verbal or inscribed authentication or proof of my acceptance of this conduct. This enables me to know that all personnel in the respected firms, bearing the above firearms are subject to prosecution and removal of your license (justified or unjustified) if these regulations are to be violated.
