[Non Governamental Firearm Application] Joshua Moliere

Post by Joshua Moliere on Sat Apr 10, 2010 11:32 pm

1.1) Full name: Joshua Moliere
1.2) Date of birth: 8/06/1968
1.3) Sex: Male
1.4) Race: White
1.5) Phone number: 104355
1.6) Current resident: 64th Bouleware Street, Delaware Block, Jefferson.
1.7) Current occupation: Mechanic.

2.1) Past victim experiences: I've been robbed several times over the years in Los Santos, the most recent incident being around eight days ago: I had just received a hefty paycheck and was walking back home from the bank to my house in Jefferson. I was around five minutes away from my house however I was pulled into an alley by a negro and instantly knocked out via the butt of his firearm. Once I woke up, I realise that all my cash was stolen as well as my shoes and jewellery which included a beloved necklace of mine that I received from my dead grandmother.

3.1) Desired license type and model: Mobile
3.2) Desired firearms: Colt

4.1) Reason for obtaining a firearm license: I do love Los Santos, though, self admittedly; Los Santos is a crime ridden state and despite the Police Department trying the best they can to stop crime – it’s nearly impossible for a day to go by without being a victim of pure cruel, law-breaking acts, as I know from experience.. There will always be times when the police aren’t present and thus we have to rely on ourselves to avoid being harmed – though, without a firearm there is not much I, as a law abiding citizen, can do.

I know that without a firearm, I will not ever be safe in this city. However, I do wish to obtain a firearm legally as I, as a citizen of Los Santos, have never broke a law nor do I wish to. Once I have a firearm license, of course I will still be seen as merely a cash-opportunity by criminals, although I will be able to defend myself if I’m attacked again which without doubt, most definitely will happen again – once I have obtained a firearm license I will be able to live a peaceful life and I’ll, hopefully, be able to keep my hard-earned money rather than be forced to give it to criminals which will support the ‘endless cycle’ of muggings and robberies.

Note that I will NEVER attempt to kill a criminal – I will only ever attempt to disarm a criminal/scare a criminal away and that I will never wield my firearm out for an unnecessary reason/to support/aid/commit a crime.
4.2) Where will your firearm(s) be stored: With the safety on in my holster (which I'll buy).

5.1) Have you ever had a firearm license before: No.
5.2) Has your previous/current license ever been revoked/suspended: No.
5.3) If yes, state the reason: N/A.

(( OOC information ))

6.1) Are you at least level 4 in game: Yes - I'm level 15.
6.2) Did you read and understood EULA: Yes.

EULA: I, Joshua Moliere, hereby declare that I understand and agree to the rules and conducts mentioned in the EULA, this includes the understanding of the consequences I may face if those terms are to be broken. I also understand that there is no verbal or inscribed authentication or proof of my acceptance of this conduct. This enables me to know that all personnel in the respected firms, bearing the above firearms are subject to prosecution and removal of your license (justified or unjustified) if these regulations are to be violated.
